Who we work with

We work with individuals, couples, and families. As therapists with a relational and trauma focus, we understand the role and importance of being in a platonic, familial, or romantic relationship. People say it’s better to be single than in a bad relationship. But the reality is much more complex than that. Our therapists specializes working with adults who have been or currently in a toxic and unhealthy relationship with a parent or a partner.

How we work with you

Therapy doesn’t not have to be serious or stressful! We bring humour, light-heartedness, and compassion in the therapy room. We blend theories and realities, making your emotional challenges feel relatable and offering practical skills that you can easily apply to your life. Our work involves helping you understand yourself better and be able to form healthy and meaningful relationships with others. We will work together to relieve your emotional struggles, make choices and communicate them confidently, and help you rebuild your life.

“To be human is to need others, and this is no flaw or weakness.”

- Dr. Sue Johnson
