We offer more than therapy. We offer a transformative experience for mind, body, and self.

We teach you practical skills you can use for the rest of your life. Taking care of your mental health isn't just about feeling better; it's about making your whole life better.

The benefits and value you get from our therapists will last you a lifetime- beyond the course of your therapy session.

Pricing reflects each therapist’s education, experience, and session length - 50, 75, or 90 minute options: individual sessions $150–$210, couples & family $180–$250 (HST not included). Explore therapist profiles and discuss fees during your consultation to ensure the best fit for your growth.

Payment:

A credit card on file is required before booking a session. Payments by credit card are accepted at the end of the session. E-transfers are required before the start of your session.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To support both our clients' needs and the time and commitment of our therapists, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.

This policy was created in collaboration with our therapists to ensure they are fairly compensated for their time. It also helps us maintain consistent availability for all clients.

Insurance:

Please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage for psychotherapy with a Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker before your first appointment.
Coverage varies based on your individual policy and employer. After each session, you’ll receive a receipt to submit for reimbursement. We do not offer direct billing at this time. For more details, see our [FAQ] on insurance and what to ask your provider.

There is no better time to invest in yourself than now.
