Many clinics out there focuses solely on talk therapy. We recognize that healing isn’t just verbal.
Which is why we integrate somatic therapy, EDMR, movement, and experiential techniques alongside traditional talk therapy. So you can process, release, experience, and regulate at both a mental and physical level.

To be a leading and trusted counselling practice in Ontario and Canada, known for our deep expertise in relationship dynamics, trauma-informed care, and narcissistic abuse recovery. Through therapy, education, and advocacy, we aim to shift how relational pain is understood - and empower people to break free from harmful patterns, reconnect with their core selves, and build relationships rooted in mutual respect and emotional safety. This land is covered by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, a treaty that reminds us of our shared responsibility to care for one another and the land.
We acknowledge the Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Anishinaabe peoples who have stewarded this land long before us and continue to do so today. We honor their histories, traditions, and ongoing contributions.
As a therapy practice dedicated to healing from trauma, strengthening relationships, and fostering self-discovery, we recognize the profound impact of intergenerational trauma and systemic injustice on Indigenous communities. I created The Therapeutic Way, as a place to offer a different kind of therapy. One that goes beyond talk, to restore healing and balance, and to come out stronger in your relationships… A place I wish I had when I was going through my battles.
