How I work and what this means for you
My focus is to empower you to learn to love yourself, form healthy coping mechanisms, and build healthy relationships with others. I specialize in providing you with the space to grow and feel safe, while also providing you with the tools to assist you in overcoming your life challenges and internal struggles. Setting realistic personal goals will ensure for effective and meaningful outcomes both in and out of sessions.
My goal when working with you is to ensure you can explore yourself and the struggles you are facing in a new light. I offer a safe, supportive, and caring space to ensure long term goals can be established and achieved. I want you to feel empowered at the end of your sessions, while also learning how to navigate your struggles with a stronger and healthier mindset.
In my practice I utilize different tools and techniques that draw on a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, ACT, SFT, and EFT, that will assist with you who struggle with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief and many more. I want to promote a space where you can be your most authentic selves as you work towards your healing journey. It is important that you understand that your journey towards happiness, healing, and growth is as beautiful as the end results.

Outside the therapy session.
I can understand firsthand that navigating relationships can be difficult and cause many uncomfortable thoughts, feelings and emotions. The relationship that has become more important over time is the one I now have with myself which has left me feeling happier and more fulfilled in my life. I also enjoy spending my free time with friends and family as much as I can.
Fun Fact: I am an animal lover, I own a dog named Ollie who is a long-haired miniature dachshund and two beautiful cats named Nemo and Dory.
