Who I support
I work with adults (16+) in healing from trauma in relationships such as narcissistic and emotional abuse, improving relationships, and rebuilding self-worth. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, or past emotional wounds, I approach each session with empathy, curiosity, and practical tools to help you create real and lasting change. I also support individuals who have experienced crime, as well as sexual or physical abuse.
How I work
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. I want you to feel comfortable bringing your whole self into the room. Together, we’ll move at your pace to explore what’s beneath the surface and shift patterns that no longer serve you.
My approach is to provide you with skills and tools that are meant for you. I lean towards using CBT, Solution-Focused, EMDR and other forms of modalities.
What changes when therapy works
Therapy with me, means we are not just reiterating the problem, but we are looking for solutions as well. We work together to determine what you want in your life and help you find ways to make that happen. Over time, many clients notice greater self-awareness, stronger boundaries, improved relationships, and a deeper sense of confidence and agency in their lives.

Fun Fact: I am a huge animal lover. I believe that pets can in themselves be very therapeutic. My puppy has been a huge part of my life and my journey. I cannot imagine a life without having a pet. There is comfort in knowing there is someone waiting for me when I get home. I also see having a pet as having a purpose and a reason to get out of bed even if life is not going as planned.
