How I work and what this means for you
Relationships shape so much of our contentment in life, yet they can also be a source of hurt and confusion. I specialize in relationships, sex-positive therapy, and narcissistic abuse recovery, helping you, either individually or with your partner, untangle complex emotions, rebuild trust, and regain a sense of self. If you feel stuck in unhealthy dynamics, uncertain about your needs, or disconnected in your relationships, we’ll work together to bring clarity and healing.
In our sessions, you’ll find a supportive space where you can explore your experiences without fear of judgment. My approach is collaborative and grounded in empathy—I listen deeply, help you regulate overwhelming emotions, and guide you in making meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that no longer serve you, identify what you truly want, and strengthen your ability to communicate and connect with others.
Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or forced positivity—it’s about understanding yourself more fully, healing past wounds, and gaining the confidence to create relationships that align with your values. You deserve to feel secure, empowered, and at peace in your relationships. Let’s work together to make that a reality.

I know how hard it can be to start this process—how lonely and hopeless it can feel, like nothing will ever change. I’ve been there too. But change is possible. With the right support, you can build the life you want and cultivate the fulfilling relationships you deserve.
What is your favorite hobby? Hiking with my dog
What’s the best piece of advice you have ever been given? If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said it'd be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.
A fun fact about me: I love plants and at one time had over 50 different plants in my home – I have less now; it turns out plants are quite finicky!
