How I work and what this means for you
In my therapy sessions, I create an open and relaxed environment where we can have honest conversations about your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Every thought and feeling you have is valid and I aim to create a supportive space where you (and your partner or family member) can freely explore and express yourself. I'm here to listen, provide insights, and help you develop practical strategies for overcome the challenges you are facing. We will work together to explore what’s going on in your life, give you practical skills, and celebrate your progress. In our sessions, you can expect me to be gently directive to get you to explore and challenge yourself for growth.
For Individuals:
When working with individuals, I integrate talk therapy with somatic approaches to support both the mind and body in healing. Using a trauma-focused lens, our sessions emphasize safety and resourcing before exploring deeper emotional material. The pace is intentional and grounded — helping you tune into your body, understand your nervous system, and develop skills you can use beyond the session.
For Couples:
In couples therapy, I draw from the Gottman Method and Relational Life Therapy (RLT). These evidence-based approaches teach couples practical tools to communicate more effectively and connect more deeply. My style is warm yet direct — I don’t believe every issue is 50/50; sometimes the balance is different, and that’s where real understanding begins.
I also offer: Couples Intensive Sessions
Couples Intensive Session.

Outside the therapy session.
I know the feeling of being in a toxic relationship, not being able to share with others because you know it’s best to walk away. But unable to leave because of the fear of being alone and the unknown. Through my own healing journey, I’ve learned to put myself first, address my people-pleasing behaviour, and work through the trauma and depression. I’ve learned the meaning of “healthy relationship” and I hope this is something I can support you with as well.
Fun Fact: I play the violin.
Best Piece of Advice I received: What is happening to you may seem negative because that is not what you wanted. But in the grand scheme of things, it is a positive which you can’t see yet.
Go-To Therapy Book: Attached by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller. If you are coming for relationship struggles, I will probably recommend this book to you!
