How I work and what this means for you

I specialize in helping individuals heal from relational wounds whether it’s the deep confusion left by narcissistic abuse, the ache of unresolved grief, or the loneliness that comes from feeling unseen in your closest relationships. I work with clients who often carry invisible scars; the kind that come from being dismissed, manipulated, or emotionally abandoned. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion.

In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to show up fully, even with the parts of yourself you’ve been told are “too much” or “not enough.” I want you to leave each session feeling more grounded, more in touch with your truth, and less alone in what you're carrying.

Sessions with me are collaborative and flexible. Sometimes we gently explore painful memories or patterns that keep repeating in your life. Other times, we slow things down and notice what’s happening in your body where you might be holding fear or grief. I integrate talk therapy with somatic awareness, inner child work, and parts work to help you reconnect with yourself in a deep, lasting way.

The atmosphere in my sessions is warm, open, and deeply validating. You don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or pretend you're okay. I believe healing happens in relationship and our therapeutic relationship becomes the ground where new patterns of safety, connection, and self-trust can begin to take root. If you’re ready to step out of survival mode and into a more connected, authentic way of being I’m here to walk alongside you.

Outside the therapy session.

I understand sometimes how heavy life can feel, I've been there too. Before becoming a therapist, I faced my own struggles with anxiety, self-doubt, and the pain of personal loss. Grieving someone close to me reshaped the way I see healing, resilience, and the importance of having a space to simply be. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of where to turn. That’s why I do this work not just from textbooks, but from lived experience. You don’t have to carry it all alone. I’m here to walk with you through whatever you’re facing.

Fun Fact: I have a deep love for traveling whether it’s exploring new cultures, chasing sunsets in unexpected places, or getting lost in a city’s hidden corners. I believe travel opens up our hearts and minds, teaching us more about the world and ourselves. Every journey brings new perspectives, and I carry those lessons into both my personal life and my work.

Favourite Quote: “It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.” – Epictetus

Best piece of advice I’ve been given: If you don’t take the time to address the problem, you’ll find yourself spending even more time dealing with the consequences.
