My goal in counselling is not just to support improvement, but to help you find a sense of lasting satisfaction and emotional well-being throughout the process. I’ve seen many individuals make progress, yet still feel disconnected from a deeper sense of fulfillment — and I aim to bridge that gap.

I offer a supportive, strengths-based space where we focus on what’s working, while using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness practices. These tools are tailored to meet your unique needs and preferences, helping you move toward healing with clarity and confidence.

I’ve been in therapy myself, which has given me a better understanding of what it’s like to work through challenges, navigate emotions, and figure out what works for you. My own experiences, both in therapy and in life, help me relate to the ups and downs you might be going through and bring empathy and real perspective to our sessions.

I grew up dancing and am a big fan of watching sports like golf, hockey, and football. I listen to almost every kind of music and can’t get enough of all things Disney. Fall is my favorite season because of the cozy vibes, and I’m generally super positive and love being part of a team.

I like to work with people in a way that feels easy to connect with. Exploring what’s going on in your life, helping you find balance, and figuring out practical steps to feel better and more in control. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little lighter than when you came in.
